The IYC 2012 starts on Monday 30 July, and everyone has to be registered by 13.00 on that day. The Convocation takes place at Solborg folkehøgskole which is only 500 metres from the IC 2012 conference site at Stavanger Forum.
Those travelling by air will be met at Sola airport and escorted to Solborg. It is possible to come to Stavanger the day before the IYC starts, but then you will have to book your own accommodation. The registration fee is fixed at NOK 4,000. This includes accommodation, three meals a day and trips in the area, one of which is to the famous Pulpit Rock in Lysefjord.
The IYC is planned for a maximum of 80 youngsters, and we will not accept more than 15 participants from any one country. So if you want to be a part of IYC2012 be quick with your registration.
